Does the Pi PC's SD card reader supports UHS-1 (1.8V)?

Hi everyone!

-Do you know if the SD card reader can utilise the UHS-1 cards in the Orange Pi PC?
-What is the maximum read/write speeds you get (sequential and let's say 4K random)?
As I see it a Samsung EVO could be a nice choice to get nice random write and read speeds (but Sandisk Ultras generally also have nice benchmark results in this kind of tests). What are your ideas about te memory card topic?
*Should I maybe use a really good pendrive instead of the SD card to get better speeds?

Bye
