How to utilized the SD Card space at maximum in android

I am newbie here, I have orange pi pc for one week. the android image is work fine for me
but I dont have idea how to partitioning or utilize the space of SD Card. It work with 4GB on
the image card but actually it has 32GB. I try to install Aparted or partition from play store
but it still can not see any space left in SD Card. Could any one suggest me how to do ?
