Earlier this week I tried explaining OTC trading to a friend, and I realized I couldn’t properly put into words how it differs from a regular exchange for someone who isn’t a pro trader. I’ve only used spot markets myself, so my point of reference is charts, order books, and waiting for orders to fill. But OTC seems way more direct and less “click-and-wait.” For someone who’s just an average user, what’s actually different in the day-to-day experience compared to a normal exchange?
