What is the meaning of "supports simultaneous output of HDMI and CVBS"

Hello,

In the description of orange pi boards in video output section it is mentioned that it supports simultaneous output of HDMI and CVBS.
Does it mean that it can display via both HDMI and AV ports simultaneously?
Somewhere i red that changing the display mode to 2 (dual head mode) in script.bin will output to both HDMI and CVBS.
I tried this as well but it didn't work out.
Is that really feasible and i need to try more or it is not possible?

Orange Pi Boards can get output from the HDMI port and AV port(CVBS), HDMI is default. It need to change the configuration if you want to get output from the HDMI port.

The TV output i can enable. But does H3 processor supports simultaneous output of both HDMI and CVBS at the same time. Meaning HDMI and TV both active at any time.
