Creating USB to TTL is not an easy task.
You need some IC to do the job.
chinese arduino use CH340 / CH341
Original arduino uses ATmega 16U2
Googeling theese chips will get u to the schematic.
If this is your build project than GL.
If u just need for use it is more easier and cheaper to buy some usb to ttl converter from aliexpress, ebay.....
They are less than 1$
you can alo use arduino like i do and even some other orange pi board with ttl on it

It is best to buy a board with a genuine FTDI chip.
